- We are not able to convert damaged tape (advance test) and are not able to repair tapes.
- Audio Conversion services include .mp3 files of your original recordings, Save your MP3 files to your computers, phones, tablets, or upload them to the cloud for easy access - anywhere!
- Book Conversion: The maximum book thickness is 1.5", the minimum inner margin is 1/2", and the maximum page size is 8.5"Wx12"H.
- We recommend BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD as we are not certified to install software or hardware or fix operating systems.
